Benn’s protocol gives an initial guide of 10–12 body sessions or 12–14 facial sessions, followed by maintenance. These are clinic guidelines, not a guarantee or a fixed requirement for everyone. The area, hair, skin and hormones affect your individual plan.

Benn’s protocol guides body sessions every 4–5 weeks and facial sessions every 3 weeks. The team confirms the interval for your area, skin and progress. If you miss an appointment, contact the team to review the next step.

Shave the area the night before, avoiding cuts. Arrive with clean skin, without perfume, deodorant, lotion or self-tanner. Wear loose clothing and tell the team about tanning, medicines and recent treatments. Shaving is not performed at the clinic.

Benn’s protocol advises avoiding exercise, sun, beach, swimming pools, sauna and hot showers for 24–48 hours. Avoid perfume, deodorant and irritating products on the area for 24 hours. Do not shave for at least 48 hours and until the skin settles. Follow your individual aftercare instructions.

Maintenance may be needed. Benn’s protocol initially guides 4 maintenance sessions every 2.5–3 months, then one session every 6–9 months. The team adapts the timing and number to your hair regrowth.

Tell the team about sun exposure, sunbeds and self-tanner before your visit. Tanning increases the risk of burns and pigment changes. Waiting a set number of days does not automatically make treatment suitable: the team must assess your skin first.

The goal is long-term hair reduction, not guaranteed permanent removal of every hair. Regrowth may need maintenance. Results vary between people and areas and can be affected by hormones.

You may feel warmth or brief stinging; sensitivity varies by person and area. Settings are chosen after assessment. Tell the practitioner immediately if the sensation becomes strong during treatment.

Laser treatment relies on hair pigment. Very fine fuzz and unpigmented hairs do not respond like dark hairs. The team assesses colour and thickness before recommending treatment; results cannot be promised for every hair type.

Hormones can affect hair growth and regrowth. PCOS may require an adapted course and maintenance. The assistant cannot diagnose a hormonal condition or select blood tests; discuss this with the team and your treating doctor.
