What does deep facial cleansing include?
Benn’s listed protocol includes cleansing and hydration steps, manual extraction of comedones where needed, an LED mask and SPF 50+. During consultation, the team explains the steps selected for your skin. Manual extraction does not mean treating every spot or every skin condition.
Manual extraction and blackheads
If blackheads or blocked pores concern you, point out the areas and tell us about active skincare you use. The team assesses whether and where manual extraction is appropriate. Significant redness, irritation or active acne should be assessed before a procedure is selected.
Deep cleansing, Hydrafacial or cleansing with a peel?
These are separate catalogue options. Hydrafacial with Aqua B / Préime has its own cleansing and hydration protocol; cleansing with a peel is a different combination. We do not choose by name or price alone. The team explains what is included and whether the combination suits your skin’s condition.
Care after your visit
Ask about your routine for the following days, the products you normally use and sun protection. The interval until your next cleansing appointment is agreed according to your skin. If you are also planning a peel, Dermapen or an injectable, tell the team so you can discuss how to space your visits.

Is a facial cleansing session an acne treatment?
Cleansing and assessing acne are different things. Inflamed spots, pain or irritation should be discussed with a professional before choosing a procedure.
