Hydrafacial at Benn
The service Benn lists as Hydrafacial uses Aqua B / Préime and includes cleansing and hydration steps. Manual cleansing is used where needed. The steps depend on your skin’s condition and sensitivity; the service name does not replace a consultation.
Deep cleansing or Hydrafacial?
Deep facial cleansing is available as a separate service. Its listed protocol includes cleanser, scrub, toner, skin scrubber, steam, enzyme treatment, high frequency, a hydrating mask, cold hammer, LED, SPF and manual extraction of comedones. The team explains how this differs from Hydrafacial before you choose.
Care that continues at home
Tell us about active skincare, sensitivity, allergies and recent treatments. After the session, we explain an appropriate routine and sun protection. Significant irritation, infection or active acne should be assessed before proceeding.

Is manual cleansing included?
Manual cleansing is used as needed following assessment during Hydrafacial. It is also part of the separate deep facial cleansing protocol.
How often should I have treatment?
There is no single interval suitable for every skin type. The team advises you according to your skin, routine and care goals.
Is it available for men?
Yes. Cleansing and hydrating treatments are available for women and men, with steps adapted to your skin’s needs.
Which facial treatments do you offer?
This category includes Hydrafacial with Aqua B / Préime, deep cleansing, peels and other options after assessment. Hydrafacial combines cleansing, exfoliation and hydration, with manual extraction where needed.
What does Hydrafacial include?
Benn’s 10-stage protocol covers initial cleansing, toning, skin scrubber or steam, enzyme treatment, extraction where needed, Aqua B / Préime, high frequency, a hydrating mask, cold hammer and LED, followed by serum and SPF 50+. Deep cleansing is a separate 12-step service.
How long does Hydrafacial take?
Around 60–75 minutes, depending on your skin. For other facial treatments, the team or booking confirms the duration.
Which facial is right for me?
Tell us whether your concern is blackheads, dryness, sensitivity or texture. The team assesses your skin before selecting a protocol. Active acne, irritation and skin conditions cannot be assessed by this chat alone.
What should I do after a facial?
Aftercare depends on the steps performed and your skin. Hydrafacial finishes with serum and SPF 50+. Follow the team’s treatment-specific advice about makeup, acids and new products.
Does a facial hurt?
The sensation depends on the steps and your skin. Tell the practitioner about sensitivity or any burning during the session so treatment can be adjusted.
